Shop and Deliver Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Betika” or the “Company”) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy in compliance with the applicable laws and obligations on data use and privacy.

In order to demonstrate this commitment, Betika has provided this Privacy Policy to explain to you how it collects, stores, and uses your personal information, and how it is kept secure.

This statement should be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Use for other Betika products and services. Where there is a conflict, this statement will prevail.

This statement applies to all customers, suppliers, agents, and all visitors frequenting any of Betika premises.

This privacy policy relates to those data subjects whose personal data is processed by Shop and Deliver Limited t/a Betika as a controller.  If you are a customer of Shop and Deliver Limited’s online, and or retail services then your personal data will be processed by separate Shop and Deliver Limited entities and you should visit

Your contact with us, such as when you: call us, email us, use our chatbot on the website, or interact with us through social media, (we may record your conversations, social media, or other interactions with us), register your biometric information such as your voice, and visit a Betika Customer Care Centre outlet.
  7. Your account information, such as your handset type/model and mobile money transactions.
  8. We use Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance recordings. CCTV Devices are installed at strategic locations to provide a safe and secure environment in all Betika premises as a part of our commitment to community safety, security, and crime prevention.
  9. When you use parking premises, we will collect and retain your personal data (name, telephone number, and vehicle registration details). We use the data you provide to ensure effective visitor, contractor, and car park management, Health, and Safety compliance (orderly entry and exit to and from the car parks and buildings), and inventory management.
  10. We maintain a register of visitors in which we collect and keep your personal data such as names, company/institution details, telephone number, vehicle registration details, and National ID number. This information is collected for health, safety, and security purposes.
  11. When you use Betika WIFI for guests and visitors, we collect email IDs and will provide usernames and passwords. We record the device address and also log traffic information in the form of sites visited, duration and date sent/received.
  12. Insurance forms and related claims in relation to Shop and Deliver Limited;
  13. Health and safety information and possible claims relating to Shop and Deliver Limited;
  14. respond to and defend against legal claims against Shop and Deliver Limited;
  15. Charitable undertakings by Shop and Deliver Limited;
  16. Recruitment purposes, either directly from candidates or sometimes from an employment agency or background check provider. We may sometimes collect additional information from third parties including former employers, credit reference agencies, and/or other background credit agencies.

No marketing communications or other marketing activity will be conducted as a result of the use of the Website.
